The Leaders Life Forum VIII coming soon!

WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP FORUM?

You are about to take part in what could be one of the most important developmental experiences of your career! And, just as significant, your organization is about to grow as you become "the leader you were meant to be".

Participants enter our workshops with various personal agendas and leave with new insights, perspectives, practical ideas, confidence, renewed hope and excitement about the future for themselves and those they lead.

ARE YOU INTERESTED YET?

Leaders are unique, and they accept special roles for their organizations. Leaders push boundaries and challenge the status quo. They are visionaries that others understand and rally behind. They inspire others. They help those around them reach a higher potential; they push their organizations to new levels. They set the cultural tone. And they do all this with emotional clarity and composure that prevents unneeded disruption or chaos. In these terms, leaders drive their organizations forward - taking their groups to that elusive "next level". In many cases, you are the only one who can make it happen! It is exciting!

We do this through open exchanges, utilizing best practices, and guest facililitators - the latter selected from the community at large, and previous Leader's Life Forums. Each is unique, each succeeds, each is 'uncommon' and each will be asked "What is it about you?" ... as will each participant. They will be asked, again, as will you 'what is it about you'?

They will be asked to talk about themselves. "Where have you been? (It's not about a visit to their cousin's for Christmas) Important note: we will necessitate "strict confidentially adherence." Nothing leaves our conference room, except you. Participants will be asked to, challenged, to "take us where we've never been ... re yourself, your business, cities and organizations." That can catch people off-guard. For sure, it may require special thinking and consideration.

Program Overview

The Leader's Life Forum is a program built around two fundamental beliefs - learning through collaboration and immediately applying new insights on the job. Both drive the most impactful business results.

Led by executive-level leaders facilitating a high energy and interactive discussion, the Forum allows participants to share experiences and seek support through a series of their day-to day working environment. By creating an opportunity to leverage new ideas pre- and post forums, and simply leaving 'time and space' to think about innovative strategies for our participants businesses, the investment in this program returns every step of the way.

Organized in six, three hour workshops, all participants will be asked to attend two workshops per month and be offered additional strategies to read relevant material and complete prep work in advance of each session and will be asked to apply learnings and report back each month.

Our participants will be asked to, relative to their companies, "not only 'take us somewhere ... ' but also be challenged to become 'Uncommon People."

Additionally, they will learn as leaders, when working with their followers, to:

"pitch it so their people can catch it"

"pitch it so they want to catch it"

"pitch it so they want to do something with it"

"We come here to have fun and expect our group to have fun as well. It is captivating, enthralling and challenging to our curiosity, .... a considerably unused part of the leaders resume."

Benefits and Outcomes

By design, our forum is customized to the needs of our participants. You can expect to receive insights, perspectives, and a range of possible actions for your tough organizational and personal challenges. You will explore your "leader impact" and determine if you truly are the leader you want to be ... and, when appropriate, be supported in your “leader reset". You once again will hear the commandment," Take us where we've never been."

  • Participants can expect many benefits from attending the forum:

  • A clearer definition of individual leadership approaches

  • Community engagement/networking opportunities

  • Methods for achieving a greater impact across the organization

  • Perspective from peers on strategic issues

  • Employee engagement and morale techniques

Customized Content and Themes

Each workshop session will be thematically driven, yet built on "in-the-moment" discussion, allowing program participants to shape our topics in a significant

way. Participant recruitment is underway and Mindset facilitators will assess specific needs and discussion topics that would be the most beneficial. In this way, our program format will be focused yet flexible, with an ongoing commitment to be open to the most relevant, pressing needs and concerns! Fundamental to the series are the confidential exchanges, support and help the participants will receive from one another. Numbers will be limited.

“The Leaders Life Forum was an invaluable experience to have. The speakers were fantastic and the discussion between the forum participants very engaging. The status quo was challenged and new angles and ways to approach business, leadership, and life were discussed throughout. Being able to learn and grow from stories of how various leaders had either succeeded or failed and learned from different approaches to problems was great! Highly recommend for experienced leaders looking to take the next step in their leadership journey!”
