The Mindset collaboration was founded in 2008 by two of our community's most well-known leadership trainers and coaches, Dr. Chuck Stoner and Tom Bower. Chuck and Tom's teaching has reached far and beyond many of Peoria's business leaders. They are committed to a legacy of personal growth and development for leaders who want to run great organizations, large or small.
